Hi. I’m Mary Halpin. I’m an Executive Coach, Consultant, and versatile human resource professional with more than 30+ years of diverse experience in corporate roles.

My passion is in coaching leaders of all levels.
It is my mission to quickly establish rapport, actively listen, and collaborate to achieve win-win solutions.
I am an expert at working with management in organizations to ensure that their human capital strategy is appropriate to meet their business goals and objectives.
I remain active within the human resources community, allowing me a continuing view into industry trends and ongoing assessment of new delivery offerings.
I was most recently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Centreville Bank in West Warwick, RI. While there I ran all aspects of the HR function.
I also spent 19 years at Fidelity Investments in a variety of human resources roles, including my last where I was a Human Resources Vice President for the Workplace Investing business.
Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, I worked in business partner roles at other financial services companies as well as many retail organizations.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from the College of Holy Cross with a major in psychology.
In addition, I am a certified professional coach and have a certificate from Bentley University in compensation management.
Currently I serve as a board member of three nonprofit organizations in Rhode Island:
- Onward We Learn – College access organization for first-generation college students
- Books are Wings – Children’s literacy-focused organization
- Sojourner House – Domestic violence shelter and educational organization
